Process Capabilities

With the capability of providing critical components manufactured from a wide range of processes there is no reason to have a second source. The molding processes for custom shapes include injection, compression and transfer of both Thermoset Rubber and injection as well as co-injection of Thermoplastics materials. In addition to injection molding of plastics, capabilities also exist for in-mold decorating and assembly of multiple components.

Component Rubber Solution's extensive line of oil seals are manufactured with precision, knife-trimmed sealing lip edges are created to offer the highest level of oil seal lip integrity. There is over 600 lip and can styles tooled and readily available for your application.

Our O-Rings are compression or injection molded to take advantage of the least cost manufacturing method while maintaining a keen eye on quality and material requirements.
